I was a banker 25 years ago, but doubt that basics have changed. A loan to an LLC requires a copy of the Articles of Incorporation, a copy of the minutes from a meeting of the board of directors (dated) with a recordation of the vote to designate an individual to conduct lending or financial transactions in the name of the corporation. Their organization designation (ie President, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer etc) should be noted. Last 3 years of financial statements. If none, or if income is insufficient to support loan, your personal guarantee of LLC debt may be required. An advantage of the LLC is that depreciation and operating expenses for the vehicle can reduce LLC income for tax purposes. Once the vehicle is sold, the sale amount is reported as a part of current year income for the LLC. A fee to a business accountant that prepares financial statements for the LLC is advised to fully understand current tax consequences and how these might flow to the owners of the LLC. Peace

They should have multiple low power modes to quickly toggle all of the affected settings. Also it should tell you how long the car can go without a charge in each mode. Maybe it could also auto decay to lower power modes as its battery drains down.

John - re emergency exit. The rear doors do have it. Go into the door pocket, remove the rubber tray from the bottom of the door pocket and it’s there. I don’t know why it’s hidden (perhaps to avoid Children playing with it?), but that’s where it is.

Why doesn't Tesla placed emergency releases for the rear door ? It would help 'NEW Electric' owners , if Tesla released a UA-cam Tutorial or a down load would help ! I feel Cabin overheat protection is just a waste of energy. I just pre-cool before getting in. My Model 3 is 5 years old and has had plenty of 100+ degree days baking in the New Mexico sun.

I hate so mention this but as someone who was in the retail auto business for 3 decades I can tell you that a low percentage of car salesman spend much time showing a person how to use the buttons and bells on the vehicles. They should but unless asked most don't bother. Many people who trade their old cars in never knew how to work things they had all that time.

Congratulations on your decision to complete your CYBERTRUCK order! Yes the depreciation of a vehicle used for business can be deducted from business income. I find that for light vehicles (less than 10k lb) the standard (per mile) deduction is usually more advantages than actual expense (and even more so for an EV). Thanks for being early adopters (will make a future CT a little more affordable for us mainstream adopters). HOWEVER with the current lack of privacy of owner data (audio, video, real-time location, etc.) I am not likely to buy ANY new vehicle (unless I can selectivly disable the collection and access to said data).

I don’t know if this applies to all models, but with my 2024 Model 3, pulling the emergency door exit lever while the car has power will lower the window, just like the normal door exit. It’s only when there is no power that the window will not lower, and caution is advised.

Maybe a Stainless steel Starplate made of Xs or ts instead of Stars and perhaps add a mini wash & wiper in the triangle glass in the rear Tailgate. or a better camera in the rear window...Perhaps Elon neeeds to do Tesla or X music....

I have never built a camper, so I say this with the knowledge that it might sound idiotic - what if the Cyberlandr expanded laterally instead of vertically to make use of the ground around it instead of the truck bed? 2) I believe that Cyberlandr is helping define how using electric trucks might have you change the tools that are prevalent with gas trucks. Cyberlandr, as far as I am concerned, showed how you can have a camper, but still make it through an LA drive thru. Want Cyberlandr to give TFL a chance to prove their product because they want to believe but having a hard time accepting.

Tesla will likely lead disruptions from below of both battery energy storage (facility/utility scale with Megapack and in vehicles and robots with 4680) and AI computing with new datacenters incorporating Dojo, HW 4, and eventually AI 5. They are basically riding component performance and cost improvements predicted by Moore's Law and Wright's Law accelerated by their own innovation and diligence. The coming wave will be massively cheap, massively performant, and at massive scale. In the run up to this we may see institutional EV investments and valuations decline as uncertainty increases, similar to the shoreline rapidly receding out to sea before a tsunami. I expect legacy automotive OEMs will be lounging, playing, and setting up their cabanas on this expanding beach of ICE and hybrid media sentiment and institutional funding...until the towering calamity looms before them.

FSD is only valuable if Tesla can monetize it by either selling more cars or by selling FSD. Neither is happening. FSD has been devalued to the point that people expect to get it for free when they buy a Tesla. This has been a pricing 101 screw up

I don't mind the longer videos, great to listen to on my car commute, i like the ones with Scott too, but one thing that grinds my gears is the fake 1950's radio ad voice you put on for your ad's, i don't blame you for doing them at all, i appreciate they pay the bills, it's just other people i subscribe to, just put the ads across in their own words, and certainly don't make them all cheesy. There is nothing in the car travel question that suggests the car must be returned to LA. Nor is there a stipulation that all people must be comfortable on their trip, so, using the trunk, and fitting four in the back seat, one laying across three laps it could be done in two trips (one round trip and one one-way trip). Nor is there a stipulation that one could not attach a cargo trailer to the car and thus fit everyone in a single one-way trip given the Camry's towing capacity. Nor does it say the adults have access to only one Camry, it just says they have access to one Camry. So there is nothing preventing them from taking five people in the car and the remaining using other modes of transportation, such as ten people taking a short flight to Vegas. Nor does it state the people waiting for the car cannot travel by foot or by bicycle, which would reduce the distance and thus the time the car needs to travel to return to pick them up. You also haven't stipulated what year, so it's possible that they could all be in Las Vegas at one minute and one second after midnight on June 1 but the next year. In fact, the question doesn't ask what is the minimum possible time, so the answer is a range from the minimum time (a single one-way trip with the trailer and a professional driver) to forever, or never if any of the travellers die before or during the trip, if arriving alive is a requirement. The difficulty with relying on the most likely assumptions being true is that all of them being true is unlikely, and we're relying on the most likely answer which is sometimes not the most efficient answer.

I purchased a second hand Tesla S from a car stealership. Omg it was insane trying to sell me everything especially 7k insurance because it's old 😂. They got me angry going through this rubbish. It was a horrendous 2 hours. I said ive had enough and meet you in the carpark with my car please. I already paid in full but they kept trying to sell me stuff from tint to paint insurance. I hate them.

Not to rain on y’all’s parade; the cybertruck is a great SUV. It’s not a great or even a good truck. First up, dig a little deeper on your statistics. 11% of US households own an RV, 70% of which are towed. Over 1 million people live, full time, in RV’s. The cybertruck is useless for towing, completely, the range, the charging, the entire scope of it doesn’t work. The range is at best, 90 miles with a light (5000#) camper. This is way more than inconvenient, 90% of where I camp, I can’t get to with that short of range. Charging is just stupidly bad. It takes too long and the charge port placement could not be worse. The port is in a wheel well on a vehicle meant to go off-road, where anything can wreck it and leave you with a paperweight. How hard would it have been to put it on the front bumper? Dumb, dumb, dumb, even if you aren’t towing, it still is a crap placement. Then I have to spend 90-120 minutes charging because on minor highways, even if there were enough charging locations, they are too far apart for anything less than a full charge. It would 2-5 days out of my 1 week vacation to go anywhere in Texas. And the bed… it’s just pointless. May as well have made it a hatchback and put in carpet.

My local AAA service center told me that they don't work on Teslas and that they don't know anyone in my city of 350,000 people who does. I confirmed this with a few calls to local mainstream tire shops. ( Tesla is an hour away. ) So it is interesting and fortunate that your local COSTCO didn't blackball your Model Y. But WHY didn't you change you tire or at least try the Tesla / slime kit which might have taken only several minutes of your time?
